Good Ol Charlie Brown

Peanuts has been a family favorite since it's first release in 1950. They've had many films and cartoons based off of the famous comic strip. Peanuts features small comic strips compiled of four to five frames that presents short comedic stories.  Throughout 1951 the Peanuts consisted of four main characters; Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Shermy. Over time, Schulz began to add more characters to The Peanuts and created more stories for readers to enjoy. In one comic special Charlie and Lucy exits the panel and takes a tour through The Des Moines Register and Tribune.

Fun fact: Charlie Brown's first appearance was in Lil Folks. Lil Folks was the first comic strip by Schulz that he had done for his hometown newspaper.

The comic follows Charlie Brown and Lucy van Pelt as they explore the tribune. The comic itself is informal for those who read the comic because readers learn how the tribune works and how comics are made on newspaper
